Athens Veterinary Surgery Center was created by Dr. Anita Stampley and Dr. Myron Downs in 1996 as a mobile surgery service in the Athens-Atlanta area. The practice began with a handful of dedicated clinics and has now grown to a full service surgery referral center specializing in general, orthopedic, and spinal surgery for the small animal patient.

Hours of Operation: The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Patient discharge may also be scheduled from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturdays.
